What supporting documents do I need to provide if I want to be your client?
① Identity card (eg valid passport, driver’s license, ID card etc.)
With your valid passport or other official identification copy, your name (full name), issue date or expiration date, your place of birth and date of birth or tax ID number, and your signature are required.
② Documents that can confirm the address (eg electricity, gas, water, telephone, gasoline, internet or cable TV）
A recent utility fee invoice that lists the date within 6 months that you can confirm your registered address.
Can I open an account by providing a different identification document instead of my passport?
Yes, you can.
It is preferable, however, to use the same personal details as for your other trading account(s). You can register for an additional account in the Members Area with 1 click. Kindly note that the maximum number of accounts allowed per client is 8.
Can I update my personal information?
If you wish to update your email address, please send an email to email@example.com from your registered email address.
If you wish to update your residential address, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email address, along with a recent Proof of Residence document (not older than 6 months).
How can I open a trading account?
It is simple and quick.
Click Open a Real Account, fill in the form and upon completion you will receive an email with your login details that you can use to log in to our secure Members Area. Here you will be able to fund your trading account by clicking the Deposit and Withdrawal tab in the main menu.
How long does it take to open a trading account?
In case you fill out all details correctly, it takes less than 5 minutes.
How long can a demo account be used?
SinceGSTrade does not have an expiration date in the demo account, you can use it without a time limit.
Demo accounts that have not been used for more than 90 days since the last login will be closed. After that, you can open a new demo account at any time.
Can I change the base currency of my account?
It is not possible to change the base currency of your account, however you can open a new account at any time and then specify your preferred base currency.
Is it possible to lose more money than I deposited?
No, you cannot lose more than the amount you deposited.
Should the slippage of a certain currency pair cause a negative balance, it will be reset automatically with your next deposit.
Can I lose the bonus? Do I have to refund it if I lose it?
As the bonus amount is part of your equity and can be used for trading, it is possible for you to lose it.
However, you do not have to refund it, moreover, according to the Bonus Terms and Conditions, you can receive a new bonus on your new deposit.
Is my money safe?
Your funds will be transferred to the bank account we prepare and will be managed separately.
These funds are not included in the Company’s balance sheet and will not be used for payment to creditors at the time of liquidation.
Do you allow news trading?
Yes, we do.
What leverage do you offer?
We provide leverages between 1:1 – 200:1.
Do you offer binary option trading?
No, we do not.
What deposit/withdrawal options do you have?

In which currencies can I deposit money into my trading account?
Every currency can be used for depositing and it will be automatically converted into the basic currency of your account at GStrade’s interbank rate.
Can you withdraw funds at any time?
In order to withdraw funds your transaction account needs to be activated. To do this, you must first submit a document (including your identity card and your name in the member’s identification card (Basic Resident Register Card, Passport, Driver’s License) and Address Confirmation Documents (Public Fees Invoice, Telephone / Internet / television bill or bank statement)) must be uploaded.
After receiving confirmation notice from our validation department to inform you that your account has been activated, please select the withdrawal tab, enter necessary information and send us a withdrawal request to us, Request for withdrawal of funds becomes possible.
Please note that you can only withdraw money to the account of the deposit source.
